Default Front Lower Control Arms

One guy says I need inner tie rod ends..another guy says I need lower front control arms. The front end wanders waaaayyy too much. I've had it aligned and did all the control arms less than a year ago. I hear a knocking, but it doesn't sound like the rear lower control arm knock.

Can I replace the front lower in my carport, and how long does it generally take? I saw a few online videos and it looks like a pain in the rear. I'd rather chase women this weekend.

I did mine not too long ago and it takes about 1 hour per side to do the lowers. Actually easier than the uppers. Not sure control arms will fix wandering however. Sloppy steering is the cause of that I bet. Probably from all the women chasing.
