Fuel Pressure?!?!?!

Fuel Pressure?!?!?!
Anyone know how much fuel pressure a K04'd car should be getting?
And does the factory fuel pump have the sending unit attached to it or is it separate?
My old fuel pump burned out and just got a new one put in and now the car runs horribly. It hesitates bad. Very jerky. So perhaps I'm getting to much fuel. Prob is that the dealership say the car has no fault codes showing up. And I don't know what to set the fuel pressure regulator at with this adjust 5 Bar FPR.
Any ideas?!
