Friday I parked valet for the first time with my A4 and they must have hit an SUV with my car. The top of my bumper has two quarter sized paint peels and right below the grill there is scatched paint. I only noticed when I got back to my office and then went back to the restaraunt to fill out a claim. I always check my car when I valet, but because I have not in so long I forgot to do it this time. The manager was really cool and said they would figure out something, but I get the feeling I am in for a big runaround...

my brother had a full alpine dvd/nav system in his '01 Jetta with the auto fold out alpine screen. when we valet parked it at the irvine spectrum, the screen was up and out, and when we got the car back, it looked like the jack-off kid who took the car to park it manually grabbed the screen and tried to ram it into the housing. needless to say it was stuck b/c he shoved it in crooked, so we filled out a form, and a few weeks later, after their "investigation," they found that they were not at fault. we should've run a fingerprint analysis on that thing and sued the F*** out of them. luckily the unit was not broken, just needed to be reset, and got it working later that day. valets suck.
