Default FYI.... BOXSTER caliper fittings

they are all M10x1.0 threading

It seems that the 993 brake lines I got are aswell... Russell performance makes some M10x1.0 male to male line adapters R-40431

<img src="http://www.russellperformance.com/motorcycle/import/images/40431.jpg">

These plus the 993 carrera stainless braided lines should be apropriate to fit the 986 calipers to the b5... not a new revelation but just good info.

Default Where did you get the 993 brake lines from?

Are they rubber or SS? OE or aftermarket? I need lines for my 986 calipers as well and I'd like to get ones with the proper fitting. I read somewhere that some places are selling lines but the fitting on the end isn't concave (as in your picture). They will still screw in though.

Default I got them from euro parts direct.... they are 993-355-139-00

stainless steel braided brake lines from "Precise Lines" the mfg part number is 571.106#106. These are not oem... however they look okay to me so far...

I need to change my lines too, since my right side outter fitting looks like it is begining to develop cracks where it flexes.... YAY for dangeresque brake lines.
