I have two part numbers for a gas cap. Can anyone tell me the difference. I want one with the slit on the edge so that it will fit over the edge of the fuel door.

The two numbers are: 1H0201553B and 1J0-201-550-AN-01C
http://www.genuinevwaudiparts.com/ lists them both as filler caps but one is $7 and the other is $15??

The AN is for 98 and 99 A4's. The 553B isn't listed for A4's at all. What year is your car?
