My Audi A4 has some gas emissions inside. When I drive, I can feel some smkoke/gas in my eyes and my eyes will be itching. Sometimes I can even smell some unpleasant gas smell inside the car. Even the emission from the exhaust is not normal, it smells excesively unplesant, not like normal exhasut emission.
What can be the cause of the problem and how can I fix it?

it can come from a bad gas tank seal - which is in the trunk area and should just smell like gas and make you dizzy
if it is coming when you open the window - it could be a bad flex pipe or you have something open in your exhaust system that is spewing exhaust into the cabin

I think its coming from inside the car, im not that sure. At one point I thot it was coming from outside because it was too strong when I opned the window. The smoke from the exhaust does'nt smell normal. It smells very badly, I mean way too bad...

the exhaust will still travel through the system - and exit out of your tail pipes
when you drive you should not be able to smell it at all. (also look for white or black build up in the tail pipes good indicator its not running to clean)
but if you close the windows and it smells while you are driving it could only come in two ways
1. inside the car - and the only thing insdie the car is the gas tank - and it will smell like a gas station
2. comming from the vents or the dash - and that would be exhaust coming off the engine
so either your exhaust manifold is crack (rarely happens to stock cars)
or anything after your turbo to cat to flex - is bad so just open it the hood and start your car and start sniffing
if it is that bad a mech could easily trace it

Thanks.. I will go check the enginge. I will guess its coming from the vent or from the dash because its not smelling like gas station, its smoke from the exhaust.
