Default gauge pod

hey what gauge pod would you get if you were me... would you get the single a pillar gauge pod or the pure motorsport steering column gauge pod. i orginally wanted the hks gauge cup but it wont fit the 60 mm gauge i have... do any of you guys have a pic of the steering coulumn one installed. how is the view of the gauge cluster. does it block anything, let me know what you guys would chose... i need to order the part today

Default i did mine for 30 bucks

all i paid for was the gauge (25 at summit racing). then made everything else. i had to buy plexiglass, but that was about 5 bucks

Default If you want the a-pillar or column, not many options as far as 60mm

gauges go. Either pay SPP for their a-pillar setup or go custom. I went custom.

Default If you can install a boost gauge, you can install an EGT gauge...

...toughest part is mounting the EGT probe just because most local auto shops wouldn't even consider doing it. I called a ton of places.

In the end, had a local tuner shop TIG weld the bung to the cat ~2in from the turbo. Cost me $60 for half an hour's worth of work. Yeah, I know is a rip, but what can you do. =/

Overall, installing it is not that hard.
