actually it's the k-40, the left led is for the front and the right is for the rear, i flush mounted the led's , i also can submit a writ up of the install as i took pic's step by step...

at the bottom of the write up is the answer, clear silicone adhesive

Default is it a stick on (3m type) or does it replace the whole pc?? Also...
