Default Gear grinding very rarely while clutch is completely down...
What could be causing this? It happens maybe once a month... It happened twice in third gear, and last night in second. I'm 100% positive the clutch is completely down...

Default If the hydraulics (slave cylinder) are failing the clutch might not be
totally disengaging == *cruch*

Default First into second, happened for the first time last night...
It's happened twice before going from 2nd into third..

Yes, I know how to drive. No, I don't beat the hell out of the car.

Default If it's a synchro issue, he should be able to double clutch to eliminate the
grind. If it's still there, the pressure plate isn't releasing for some reason.

Default If the crunch happens often enough, mica goes shopping for a
new slave cylinder AND a new tranny.
