Default GIAC chip question?

Does GIAC have an option like APR to be able to update the chip from home....like using a programmer?

Default Jeff of Torque factory has a program that you can sign up for.

It puts you on a list for all giac chip updates. When there is a new one for your setup it will email you and if you want it you just respond and a new chip is sent to you.
