Default goddamn wet braking....

I don't care if it is a $5000 Kia, NO car should have this much delay when braking in the wet, especially a $30k luxury sedan. Push the friggin brake pedal and nothing happens for a good 10 seconds. This car is not safe in the rain at all, not with unpredictability like that.

Default in reality its from 1 to 5 maybe, but when you are in traffic...

you would usually ASSUME that the car is going to slow down when you press the brake pedal down. It becomes a long few seconds....scary

Default yeah..I am not doing any more modding until next summer so I can get my house project rolling this

summer after my car is paid off....that said I was seriously considering a big brake kit the other day while driving in the rain. I hear mixed reviews about big brake kits being a a fix for wet braking, but I hear more good than bad. I figure it's worth the $$$ now so I can live to build my house....lol

Default Mins did the same. I timed it. 5 to 7 seconds. I believe it's because the rotor rusts. The kit

that audi offers seems to work.

Default Well, I'm selling a brand new stoptech kit, if you want 'em.

$1600, buyer pays shipping. I've got that house thing on my mind too (that's why I'm selling). I figure I'll take my chances and see if I live long enough to get that house! :-P

Mine do that too! I thought it was just because a have cross drilled and slotted rotors in the front.

I still experience some wet braking "delay" but not as bad as OEM....
