You typically fix oil leaks when doing the timing belt. It shouldn't add more than 2-3 hours plus parts to fix the leaks.

Cam chain tensioner leaks looks just like a rear main to the casual looker. I have yet to ever see a rear main leak on a 1.8T, its the PTFE seal not made of rubber, so it doesnt harden and age like traditional rubber seals.
