GIAC K03 software for '00 is $495.
i was guessing that K04 software (irrespective of the fact that this is J31) would be the same amount, but i don't know for sure.

gotcha. so you're saying you bought the J31 software used from someone for 300?
i really haven't stayed on top of what "used" asking price for software is, but it's not like the software loses effectiveness over time. ;-) heh, i guess maybe some wishful thinking on my part then. there is also the added convenience of everything being soldered on to the ecu already.
