i'm going to check on ebay, too. see what the going rate is on there... i'm not in a rush to sell it, so will see what i can get.

ok, i'd prefer to sell them together, but will definitely keep you in mind.
if i decide to split them up, i'll drop you an email.
i have a stock socketed chip, so it might not be a bad idea for me to keep the ecu as a stock backup...

You will be lucky to get the $495 back for the software, throwing in the ECU
You can find stock ECUs for <$150 all the time, some depreciation of the software and you're at $400-$500.
