Default a good word about Biener Audi in Long Island

i made an appointment for my 50k service about 3 weeks ago....however, when I brought the car in last night my mileage was at 50,700.
I just got off the phone with the service manager. He said I needed a new waterpump, instrument cluster (trip display), temperature display, and front and rear brakes. Then he told me i was also out of warranty....I said "OH SH*T!". I didnt know that I had to be under 50k in miles when I bring the car in for the last service appointment. Then he goes...."dont worry, I'll take care of you" I guess either:

1) he was having a good day
or
2) everybody there got a free ride in my T28 behind my back

Johnathan, if you're reading this....THANKS!

Default Did they do your timing belt too, while they were doing the water pump?

Usually those two items get done together. Although it's early for the timing belt, maybe they could save you some labor while they are already in there doing the water pump...
And you just pay the difference.

Or is it done already?

Cheers,
Peter

Default It was all Kevin's planning

Actually it was mostly my fault. Kevin wanted to use my VAG to recode his windows and we were supposed to get together on Sunday. But I was not around and didn't call him.

So I offered to Kevin to do his windows on Monday. I didn't realize we were going to be hanging out for a while. Sorry -- didn't mean to exclude you!

Next time, okay?

Cheers,
Peter
