Default Gorilla wheel locks: fitment issues (48020N being too long)

any suggestions as to where I might be able to get these bolts trimmed down to size?

Thank you.

Default I had a similar issue with McGuard locks...

the front ones were scraping against something, even though they were the proper size. They were about 1 mm too long.

No shop around me wanted to trim them because they said the thread was going to get f***ed up, so I trimmed them myself with a cordless drill and a grinding wheel I bought at a local hardware store. I forgot the exact type/name of the wheel, but you need one that can grind metal obviously. One hour later, my wheel locks were trimmed.
