Got 3" straight through resonator installed this morning.
I got the resonator installed this morning .. so now my 3" system is not obnoxiously loud anymore. It is still much louder than stock, but now it sounds much nicer, more mellow and a smoother tone whilst just cruising. But is still roars when I put the foot down and unleash the horsies.

You should hear the 3'' setup I have on my S4....
No muffler or resonator = LOUD!!!
Well, at least on the outside. I finally found a use for that 400 pounds of sound dead crap in my car.
