got a front seal oil leak, have a few ???s
My mechanic says that the oil had been dripping onto the timing belt, and I'm lucky it hasn't broken yet. He said that the belt is totally saturated with oil and needs to be replaced. So, for a timing belt replacement and fixing the front seal, how much should I expect to pay??? He said it would take him a couple of days to get all the parts and do the job. My car is a '99 2.8 with only about 40k miles. Thanks for your answers.----Alex
