so far. I was about to be charged $35 for the service when I pulled out the TSB sheets I brought along just in case. The service manager had never even seen the TSB on the remote reprogramming. I showed her where it said they are supposed to do it one time free of charge. She noticed that the TSB is only for the 15mph lock feature, so she is going to call her rep and call me if they are going to charge me for it. So far, no call. If she tries to call, I just won't answer. hehe She also tried to pull the "AoA doesn't approve of the reprogramming" line.

The service advisor was clueless about it, and he asked me to bring both keys a la the procedure to reprogram the remote after changing batteries. But the mechanic came back extremely excited saying that it's gold, jerry, GOLD, and asked the service advisor to photocopy it 'because it's not from Audi' and to look for something similar for the A6. They didn't charge me.
