Usually you only run your N75 and MBC parellel if you want to limit boost spikes.

I would run a programable MBC, with n75 bypassed if it comes to that.

Default You should be able to get at least 240 at the wheels with an RS.

I would have bought the RS kit if it was avail for the 2000.

290 to the wheels should not be too difficult with a GTRS or GT28rs.
