2 weeks ago I asked which dealer in socal had the best service and customer service. I previously visited Circle Audi but this lady wanted too much over invoice ($2500 for a 2000). I also went to McKenna in Norwalk and I heard that they are also not willing to deal.
A couple of people mentioned Newport Auto Center since they have dealt with them. I spoke to Rob and he gave me a price that I could not resist $1250 over invoice.
He even scheduled a day for my visit on his day off ( I dont have time during the week). There was no pressure and he answered all my questions. He was honest about prices and explained everything in detail. So if you are looking for good customer service and no pressure sales and good price. I definitely recommend Rob.
I ordered my 2000 A4. Silver, Onyx int. Sports package and Tiptronic. Looking at December delivery.

P.S. Orange County's tax rate is 7.75% instead of 8.25% that L.A. county charge. So there is a little savings.
