Default Greyhound Guy & James R. & S4 Wheel Well Liner
So a few hours ago you were discussing this mod and how for pre-99, the FAQ method was preferable - due to the wrap-around characteristics of the A4's liner.

Just so I understand, for MY2001 A4's, does replacing the wheel well liner with the S4 liner and trimming it where it sticks out produce a fit that is as good as, or better than, the FAQ? Or is the FAQ method still the ideal way to go in terms of the final product?

I just took mine off and drilled it....saved $50!

Figured this way I would those little "hoods" over the vents which maybe do something or maybe do nothing.

I think I'll order a set (left + right) for my 12V -- it gets really hot under that hood.

Default If you are a real good cutter, it will look just as good as stock.
well better because it has the vents of course.
