Default Grinding noise when shifting from P to R

The archive (link) says that the noise is coming from a u-joint rubbing the heat shield. the solution is by bending the heat shield. where and which heat shield is it? thanks!

Grinding noise on reverse

Default The shield those guys are talking about is just above the mid muffler

It's a very thin heat shield, not too hard for it to get bent up into contacting the propshaft.
