alright so a friend of mine just ordered the exact same kit I am running on my car (GT2871r elim kit from 034)...install was a breeze everything went good hooked everything back up and started the car. The car turned right over perfect idle no leaks anywhere but clouds of smoke are bellowing out of the exhaust. We let it run for a little bit thinking it would stop but it didnt...I popped the hood and checked for leaks none anywhere and the ground is dry, I pulled the dip stick and the engine was bone dry!!! It burned through 4 1/2 quarts of oil and its pouring out of the exhaust. I told him the seals on the turbo are probably shot but hes arguing that the turbo is brand new. Is it possible that the seals are bad?

Did you put the correct oil restrictor on the turbo?

Bad turbo. Replace it, and make sure to use the oil restrictor.

yeah it has the correct restrictor on there...it has to be the seals, oil is going right through the turbo and out the exhaust side
