H&R coilover

I was wondering which were better these or the konis, konis are much cheaper but how do you adjust the height for each of these? Also i was looking at audizine where is it that says 980 each?

h&r group buys -> 980

h&r's are great, but the konis have adjustable dampening

no but where, ive looked for it but i dont see it? and what does it mean to have adjustable dampening?

look in the groub buy forum of audizine.com

dampening is stiffness.
adjustable stiffness/ hard soft ect..
