i have had h&r race w/adjustable bilsteins for a little while now and love the setup. the most people i have ever had in the car though is 3 (including me).
i have somehow been chosen to do the driving for a ~4 hour trip tomorrow that will involve 5 passengers (including me) and some light luggage. i have never had 5 people in my car with its current suspension setup. i was wondering if there is anything i should be worried about, rubbing etc.? are there any precautions i could/should take? any info would be greatly appreciated. definitely dont wanna mess up my car. btw, heres a pic of the current ride height.
TIA

ive rubbed w/ stock suspension (non sport!) and 5 people sport springs are stiffer and will "give" less but it also rides lower.

the road is really ruff or has alot of bouncy bumps. My girlfriend has two younger brothers that play linebacker for their HS football team and them plus one other person weigh in at about 600+ pounds. Yes they are big guys. I have had them a front passenger and me in the car and have felt no rubbing or seen anything.(sure it was extremly close though!) I am running a 225 wheel with H&R race and a 7.5-8" wide wheel. I dont know what your offset is but that will be the determining factor. You could definatly do it on a stock wheel but the wider one with offset will be close. Do a load test by putting them and the stuff in the car and see where it rides. probably just take it easy in bumps and such you should be fine.
