had my tip recoded to 00032, great improvment I'd recommend it to all tip owners ;-)

I can redline in EVERY gear in tiptronic mode. I can get it damn close to redline in auto mode in first as well.

Mine will go to redline in first in either mode. Always has.

The 1 > 2 upshift elimination is obvious, but did you notice a change in the overall shifting behavior (quicker shifts) as well?
I only ask since the guy who originally posted about this had an A6 (different transmission). Since I don't have the forced upshift, the only part I would be interested in is the "sport mode". In fact, I wish I had discovered this earlier -- I believe that lazy shifting is what has caused my 3rd gear to start slipping (too much torque from my APR chip).
