Haldex Clutch oil change and brake fluid change? Does service do these without asking?

Last week I had my 40K mile maintenance done, A41.8TQ,01.
I have just now looked at the maintenance booklet, it says Haldex clutch oil should be changed every 20K and brake fluid replaced every 2 years. Going through my maintenance records, none of this is done, neither at 20K nor 40K service.
The car is under Advantage Maintanence program, which includes all the maintenance free until 50K. Today something happened to the clutch, it is now stiff, vibrating like a foot massager while engaging shifts, taking off the car from stops is painfull. I have to take it back to service, so I will also ask about these haldex oil change and brake fluid change, but I am wondering whether you guys have these done at regular services? Funny thing, I had to specifically ask them to lube the doors last time, otherwise they wouldn't, even though it is listed in the maintenance book.
Anybody had similar problem with the clutch like me also?

Click the link for the general factory maintenance schedule - it includes TT and A4 items, that's why the Haldex is mentioned.
You are correct, brake fluid should be changed every two years, regardless of mileage. I don't know offhand the change interval for the tranny and rear diff fluids on the A4's quattro system - a search of the archives will most likely yield some answers.
I had saved these links, one mentions 60k miles for the fluid change, the other has the tool needed:
