hard to reach vac line on front right side need advice (30V AHA)

Is it OK to just unbolt the four bolts on this thing so I can get access to the vac line that terminates just under the bottom left side of this picture? Open to better (easier) options as well.

Just did that the other week. I removed those 4 bolts and unhooked the electrical connector to move the coil assembly up/away. Then, unbolted the vacuum setting element. This way you have a much better angle for installation of the new 3mm hose and removal of the old without. Torque spec on the bolts for the vacuum setting element are: 6Nm(53in-lb). Due caution should be taken, as there is a small compressor spring behind the vacuum element. If your not careful, it will pop out and drop under the intake housing or worse.

silicone stuff from NAPA and it seemed fine but later I was able to find the exact same stuff as stock and re-did it all in that. Just have that one left and don't think I'll tackle it 'til tomorrow. Just got back from 24 holes of folf on a mountainous course so going to bed very soon
