Has anyone been able to fit a 99 full plenum cover to a 98.5 yet?

Default sure
you just need the deflectors from a late car.

Remove the wiper arms and swap deflectors... then once in place insert the plenum cover.

Works great in my 96.

8D1-819-447-A Cowl covers
8D1-819-422

8D1-819-401-01C Water deflecters
8D1-819-402-01C

8D0-819-145-A Rubber water strip
