Default has anyone coded the control module

i have a 99.5 a4tq and was very interested in coding the control module so i can, if this is correct, roll up and down the windows and sunroof from the remote. does this work and will it affect anything on my car? Also is there any other neat things i can do with the vag-tool?

Default I just did that tonight. Here's a link to the tech article.

I just received my Vag-com yesterday, this was the first thing I did. By the way, the windows can be open/closed with the remote, but the sunroof can only be closed.

There is a yahoo group with lots of info on the Vag-com.

Default TSB are papers put out by audi about a certain

subject.. they are sent to the dealerships.
there are a bunch of them, on things like how much oil to put in the engines and how to extend the range of the remote controls..
there is also one on programming them with the VAG-COM.
I'm sorry, Audi used to have them free on the web.. someone has then cataloged on their web page.. but i don't have the link, you might just give you dealer a call, and see if they will do it, if they say no, you could mention that there is a TSB about it. If all else fails, come back, i'm sure someone has the link.
