has anyone damaged their cars from bottoming out??? please describe the damage???

smashed the cat off the turbo going over railroad,,

My exhaust system bottomed out.

hit a truck tailpipe section in the middle of the highway

ripped off the plastic belly pan and dented in the fuel return line right next to the fuel lines.

Pushed the top of the shock tower into the engine bay.

It didn't break through the sheet metal, but it left a huge bump and bent the firewall.

same thing... $2400 in damage plus a new wheel.
