Has anyone done some custom, funky aftermarket sound system (subwoofer etc)? Pics? Rough Budget ??
especially, custom made fiberglass box subwoofer, perhaps those with neon light with them within the box...pictures will be great and how much would it cost approximately for the system??

DO NOT use those square subs, you'll hat yourself
Square speakers (first link) produce quite a bit of distortion and are not worth any advantages of them.
I've got about $2000 is my system, which not done with installation. I'm running:
2 Pioneer 10" subs
Alpine 600W amp for subs
JL components w/ 5 1/4" up front
400W Alpine amp pushing cabin speakers
Pioneer 8400MP dual faceplate
sorry, no pics of system or car till i get a digital camera.
