Default Has anyone on the forum tried this out?

http://www.034motorsport.com/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=268

Im a APR fan (thus the APR exhaust and APR Chip) and am really impressed with the smooth driveability of the APR software and the sound/gain from there exhaust... so most likely I will still be choosing APR Stage III+ (if/when it becomes available/stable for the 2001's) BUT im really curious to hear about this setup, it probably comes out to approx $2000 or so cheaper than APR STG III & III+ so its piqued my interest a lil.

Pro's? Con's?

Default Might as well ask if anyone has tried the ATP GTRS kit.

Because that's exactly what this is. Which sucks, because 034 makes kick-*** cars, but this is not their kit.

ATP GTRS

Default I'm not against ATP.

Their hardware kits are consistently solid. Their problems are software related, but that's kind've a big deal when you're talking about cars. Basically, that kit with the Mika tuning (what ATP sells alongside it, and what seems to be 034's offering as well) has been disappointing to everyone who has bought it. B6ers have been buying the GTRS and coupling it with REVO software to run 12s, but no single, easy source has popped up to do the same for B5s. Unitronics looks promising, but isn't proven yet.

It's too bad, because 034 has some talented people. They could make a GTRS file and sell it to B5ers no problem. I was excited when I saw the link.

Default so really the trade off is the R&D put into the kit especially the ECU tuning

Which is really what I love about APR's software... it feels/drives stock just faster.

In regard to ATP/034 is this also the kit that people have said to get the upsolute tuning software for?

Default And what about the Eurocode kit?

You don't see anyone talking about these in a B5 either, although they show the B5 option for sale.

Eurocode

Default 034efi does stand alone not motronic

034 sells two different systems I and II... I'm about to shell out $1650 for IIc for my sedan + $270 for coils. $1920 just to get her to run right and to eliminate the rev limiter & speed limiters.
