I have a 97 1.8tqm with 77,000 miles. Never changed the O2 sensor and my check engine light came on. Vag said it was the O2 sensor

Default An 02 sensor socket..

I want to say it's either 22 or 23mm....and it has a slit down the side to pass the wire through. Check your local Autozone, they had one under their "OEM" tools line. Good luck
