Has anyone tried the S4 lower door and rocker panel trim kits from Clair?

I have the two kits from clair installed .The door sills and scuff plates do not come with them.

Actually, you haven't! I'm losing track of all this stuff now! DOH!
OK, I understand that the door sills and scuff plates do NOT come w/the 2 kits from Clair, but do they come together as a kit or do you have to purchase the door sills and scuff plates individually? You understand my question, right? ;-)
