I'm ordering a 2.8 Avant, but I *hate* the wood trim. It looks like I can order the trim I'd like (meaning almost any of the other options) for not more than a few hundred dollars straight from Audi, but I'm curious if swapping the trim pieces is an enormously difficult task.<p>Any input will be appreciated.

There's a conversation about the brackets the trim is attached to and how trim pieces are anchored to the door. It appeared to be possible, but to be a chore. If you want the fake-carbon-fiber trim, email me.<p>Cameron
