Joe, I consider myself electrically challenged, and this was the easiet kit to install, his instructions were clear and precise. The bulbs were Eagle brand, I think.

Well in *MY* experience Philips kits fail half the time (I have 2 ballasts and 1 is dead)
I *HAVE* owned what you're recommending.
The Philips bulbs that came with my kit have performed less than spectacularly. They have TONS of yellowish residue in teh middle, and light output has been seriously affected.
Now, have *YOU* owned a misterjung.com kit?
