Have any of your clear side markers in 99.5+ gotten moisture inside?

How did you get it out? The people on the GTI board are stupid. I'm guessing they're about the same.

let it dry out completely on its own, then use H2O-proof caulk on all the seams.

That's what I was thinking... it's impossible to get that outer plastic casing off.
