Is having a exhaust manifold ported & extrude honed the same thing?Are they 2 diff processes?

Nope it's diff...porting is grinding the ports so the match sizes...extrude is putting abrasive play
dough through your manifold at high speeds for a while till everything goes smootha and opens up a bit.
#1 is worth your money...#2 is a waste imho.

Nope something you do yourself...it's pretty easy
you can use the gasket as a stencil...then just grind away material and smooth out the openings.
There's a pretty nasty lip there...grinding it off enhances performance.
