Definately seals - common. Repair is not difficult for the mechanically inclined but need triple square driver (like torx bit but 12 point)not sure of size. 2 Seals are about $8. Replace rear diff gear oil. Had a shop do mine when installing clutch. $300 for seal replacement, new Redline gear oil in rear diff & manual tranny.
