The headlamp sprayer and cap on the drivers side fell off on my 2000 A4. I've got a complete replacement from Shokan. Could really use some pointers on how to get the old washer out and install the new one. Would prefer to not have to remove the entire bumper. Has anyone done this before? Thanks!

remove the bumper as specified in the faq (if needed see the tutorial on replacing your TB)
remove the hose connected to the broken pump
the pump is held in by two bolts attached to the metal bumper support, remove these
now do it backwards.

than it is to just remove the bumper then have it be a piece of cake to remove.
The bumper can be a pita but its not THAT bad!
not as bad as cramming ur hand in a area prob the size of a golfball n try n work with tools.

i've already got a full day of brake work lined up so didn't want to make a project of this, but needs to be done...the car doesn't hold an washer fluid right now.

They're held on by 2 10mm bolts and have to be dropped out from the bottom. The biggest pain was getting the hose disconnected.

Thanks for all the responses.
Some tips for anyone coming across this in the future:
>> Bumper removal - a little tricky at first but figured it out. APR PDF was very helpful. Search "apr bumper removal"
Steps I followed:
- Remove belly pan (3 screws under bumper lip, 3 towards the back, 2 in each fender well)
- Remove grill inserts right below washers. Press down on tab and pull insert out.
- Remove hex bolts inside the openings.
- Remove torx screw in each fender well. ( I was able to use a hex wrench carefully)
- Start by moving the bumper back and forth to make sure it is free.
- Starting on one side, push bumper towards rear of car, grab end of bumper and push down and then pull out.
- Once the top is loose, pull bumper up and pull out.
- It helps to study a picture of the inner clips (search) before removing.
- Have someone hold the bumper so that it doesn't come crashing down.
- Unhook fog light connectors.
- Rest bumper on ground.
>> Washer hose is secured with a crimped on clamp that I couldn't put back on. Replaced with generic hose clamp. Have one handy (1/4 inch wide) if you're doing this job.
>> I bought the washer assembly and cap from Shokan for $64 + $8 shipping. Try to request same color for cap to save painting trouble.
