Fixed It!
I gave up on adjustment, and decided to reexamine my install. Turns out there was a notch that the bulb was supposed to fit into. Didn't even think to look for it. My last few cars' bulbs were round and you simply plugged them in. Any how, the bulbs look fine now. Needless to say I feel like an idiot. I am still going to look into LLtek HID. So, thanks for the recommendation.
