Headlight Washer Cover Removal
I need to replace the Washer Jet under the front bumber(driver side). Wondering how to remove the small cover on top of bumber?
Other question is do I need to remove the bumber to replace the washer jet(driver side)? Or can I replace from under the bumber?

pull up on it. so the washer comes up.. there are two plastic "arms" that come from the bottom of ..
the cover. Put your fingers between them and spread them. It will just pop off. No tools required
