Headlight Washer Nozzle removal

Wondering how to remove the metal CLIP connecting the hose to the spray nozzle under the front bumper(Driver side)? I do see same clips on washer hoses. Any special trick?

pliers.. tear it off. and replace it with a new hose clamp

or slice through it with a dremel cutting wheel
