i found out that the pick-up point for water for the headlamp washers is higher up in the tank than for the windshield washers. the tank has to be kept topped up for the headlamp squirters to work. that was all that was wrong with mine. fluid too low.

Aside for cleansing salt grime and bugs. It's great to spray unsuspecting strangers and loved ones
