Hi, I have a 97 A4 2.8 (No Quattro). My right side headlight is out, and I want to replace it. It uses H7 type headlights. I should replace it w/ a 55Watts bulb correct? If i wanted to get some white lights (Xenon), do any of you guys have any suggestions of some really good ones that are reasonably cheap and where/wat site I can get them? Has anyone bought any of those lights from EBay? Thanks

are a good choice for standard halogens if you want a whiter light. Don't buy the blue coated bulbs, they output LESS light. I have used silverstars until I upgraded to HID and still use them in my high beams. They are under $40 for a pair.

your lights are halogen, to get the xenon/ HID lights you need balasts, bulbs, wires etc, and that kit will run you around $320+ but as for just bulbs, get sylvania silverstars or philips (somthing)-vision (forgot name) dont get those crappy blue ones. and yest, get 55w going with more wattage puts your light switch at risk.

You'll kill your headlight switch sooner or later. Do it right the first time.
What scares me is getting bulbs from Best Buy. The ricers have taken over everywhere.
