Headlights/tailights/fogs not working......why?

Headlights/tailights/fogs not working......why?
My headlights/fogs just stoped working the other day....the tailihts wont work either......the brake lights work....but the only way to drive at night is to pull the highbeams back....and it's not the fuse as far as i can tell......i looked at them and they look fine.....when i turn the lights on the dash comes on too but not lights.....what's wrong?
