Default Heated Mirror Problem Solved...

Had brought my car in for servicing yesterday and complained that the mirrors did not work to the point when we had that ice storm two weeks ago here in NNJ, in the hour it took me to get home from work, the mirrors did not get the ice off.
They took a look at the mirrors, and sure enough, they found the problem, the mirrors were not connected to the power. For those having the heated mirror problems, you might want to check to make sure that they are connected. This morning, with 11F temp and plenty of frost on the mirrors, it took less then 5 minutes for the mirrors to clear. Big difference. And when I got to work, they actually felt warm to the touch.

Default barrier may not be completely to blame ...

audi is still going through a serious parts shortage and it's driving me f*&$^*# insane!! my car's been in the shop for over 2months now.

call up audi client advocate and ask for amanda. that might speed up the process if indeed barrier is to blame for the lag.

Default No, they suck because they scratched (huge gouge!) 1 of my wheels and put a dent near the wheel well

They paid to have the wheel fixed and while the wheel is fine, they refused to admit to putting the dent in. Its pretty small anyway, but still. Jerks....
