Sounds like you may need to back flush your heater core. Could be clogged and not allowing coolant to flow.

agreed.

Do this carefully. If you use too much pressure and break the lines you will hate having to replace to heatercore

dont use weird aditives or anything, just medium pressure water to get all the goo out . Tell them to take out all air before altough car does it auto in a short time.

Another problem can be if engine overheats( Coolant temp is over 94C or around there), car stops coolant from entering heating core to prevent damage. This only if you have overheating...

untill 86C termostat controls, over 92C radiator fan kicks in to help.

And yeah replacing heater core is a "peach" ...

You can take it anywhere you want if you trust them. Me personally, I wouldn't. Unhook the lines a flush with a garden hose. Make sure you're ready with fresh G12 to fill the coolant back up. Do not mix coolants, G12 only

Yikes, scary thought.

I wouldn't trust Jiffy lube to do anything like that on an Audi.

If you are DIY challenged, find a good German Indy shop. There is a somewhat complicated coolant bleed procedure on an A4, slim to no chance the minimum wage guys at Jiffy lube would know how to do it. Do it wrong your car will overheat.
